    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
    • Must be returned in its original packaging.
    • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damage or defect.

    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
